The results are out, the 20th Mercer Quality of Living survey has revealed that once again Durban is officially the most liveable city in South Africa. Ranking at 89th on a global list of 231 cities, Durban also raked up the 73rd spot for City Sanitation, which is a new category introduced. The criteria for the decision on results was analysed against political stability, healthcare, education, crime, recreation and transport.
Enigma Private Estate, situated within the prime Umhlanga Ridgeside area, is a prime example of the quality of living within Durban. Standing on prime land, with exquisite sea, forest and city views, Enigma Private Estate offers its residents an incredible lifestyle, where it is easy to travel in and out of the area, and popular amenities, such as the Gateway Private Hospital and Gateway Theatre of Shopping, are merely minutes away. Businesses are close by and the area and estate are secure and safe.
Due to Durban seeing more and more international property investors filter through and great interest from the Gauteng market, we are not surprised to see an estate like Enigma Private Estate luring captains of industry and becoming one of the fastest selling estates in the Greater Umhlanga area. It goes without saying that when you pair an exceptional, upbeat city with a distinctive development such as Enigma Private Estate, the standard and quality of living within the province will continue to escalate and remain at the top as South Africa’s most liveable city.
